Just 7 minutes walking distance from the beach of Praia da Oura and Praia dos Bicos, Villa Santa Eulalia is built in a high point, on a prime location with stunning views over the ocean.
This little maison looking villa is located in an area of total tranquillity, but a short distance from the bustling nightlife (restaurants and bars) of Albufeira.


The accommodation comprises:

On the ground floor:
On the ground floor there is a large living room, all made of glass with fantastic views over the lush gardens.
In the middle of the villa there is an open garden area, with flower vases, a kind of winter garden, that brings even more light to the living room.
In one of the corners there is a TV area with TV and DVD player, as well as a fire place. For the card game lovers there is a corner with a card game table.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an American style fridge and a breakfast area that opens to the inside garden.
There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with tub (these 2 bedrooms can be linked). One of the bedrooms have a TV and a DVD player. Each bedroom can accommodate 4 children in pull out beds.
On the ground floor there is as well a guest toilet.





On the first floor:
A wooden staircase leads you to the first-floor. Here you find the master bedroom with en-suite large shower bathroom opening to a large terrace with breath-taking views over the ocean. This bedroom has TV and DVD player.
There is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub.
Another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and at last one double bedroom that is accessed by a wooden corridor at open air and opens to the large terrace, the same as the master bedroom. This bedroom also had an en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the second floor:
On the second floor there is a big terrace with lovely ocean views and a small office.

On the lower level:
Here you will find a garage with parking space for two vehicles and a small games room with a pool table. Here there is as well a small guest bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Outside:
The villa opens to a beautiful garden with a pool area and the sea in front. You can take a dip in the pool (10x6metres), get some sun in the sun lounges, relax in the Jacuzzi or have a barbecue. There is a covered BBQ area with dining table, a bread oven and a guest toilet.

Rates include maid cleaning service 7 days per week, bedroom linen, bathroom and pool towels. Bed linen is changed every other day and towels are changed daily. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi internet are also included in the price. Pool heating is available upon request, with payment of a supplement.
