OPTIONS

• Extra bed per person - €19 per day

• Additional cleaning service can be booked for €19,50 per bedroom

HOUSE RULES

Only the confirmed number of guests are allowed in the property

• Be a good neighbor - no loud noise in the quiet hours

• Treat the property and the grounds with care

• All properties are non-smoking

• Rubbish disposal on a daily basis is in your responsibility

• It is not permitted to use the indoor furniture outside

• Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with sun creme on

• For safety reasons no heavy-duty equipment (such as an electrical heater) is permitted

• The toilets should be used for their intended purposes only. Do not flush any other product apart from

toilet paper down the WC

• If you move any furniture / decoration items during your stay, please return them to the designated

place

• The provided pool towels are only for the pool area, not for the beach

• The use of the glass in the pool area is not permitted

• Do not leave the sun umbrellas unattended. Fold down umbrellas at night and before leaving the

house, otherwise the strong wind will destroy them

• Clean up the common BBQ / lounge area after use

• Glue or tape should not be used to fix anything on the walls or windows

• Follow the Checkout Procedures when leaving the property

• Report damages or maintenance issues. The costs of damage repairs or maintenance works caused by

negligent or improper usage will be charged to you

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

• Check-out time is 10 am.

• Remove all the personal belongings and check the safe

• Remove all the food from the fridge and storage

• Dispose of all rubbish

• Leave all the used towels in the bathrooms

• Wipe down all kitchen surfaces

• Load and turn the dishwasher on the normal program

• Turn off all lights, AC and other electrical devices

• Close and lock all windows and doors

• Report maintenance or damage issues to us

• If the check out procedure is not followed, extra cleaning will be charged at €20 per hour

LONG TERM WINTER STAYS

During the months of November-February:

• Stays of 7 consecutive nights or longer: 25% discount;

• Stays of 14 consecutive nights or longer: 40% discount

ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT POLICY

Booking deposit 20% non-refundable

Balance payment 60 days prior to arrival

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival only the deposit will be withheld

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival 50% of the total rental fee will be charged

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival 75% of the total rental will be charged

If cancelled less than 14 days before date of arrival 100% of the total rental will be charged
