On the ground floor:
The entrance leads ahead to a very nice living room with an open fire place, 3 French doors. Wi-Fi internet, Sound and audio system, including a comprehensive TV package, DVD, CD, VCR, B&O surround-sound speakers, ceiling-mounted projector and drop-down screen.
To the right there is a very nice dining area with table for 8. From the dining area we can access the kitchen with a breakfast area with peninsula and stools. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with AEG appliances including, gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is as well a coffee machine a toaster and an LCD TV.
Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. In between the utility room and the hallway, there is a cloakroom.
On the other side of the hallway there are two comfortable and spacious en-suite twin-bedded rooms. These rooms can be turned into double rooms by a zip-and-link system on the twin beds. One of the rooms is facing the pool area with very nice garden view and the other is facing the Italianate pools and fountains at the front of the villa. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms with contemporary tiles and flooring, bath and walk in shower.
On the lower level:
On the lower level there is a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor:
Reaching the first floor we find a stunning Master Suite with king bed, fitted wardrobes, LCD TV, a movie style dressing table and a balcony. This bedroom also has a master en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, separate walk in shower, twin basins and separate wc and bidet.
Outside:
The property has its own driveway with automated entrance gates.
Lovely long perspectives over open countryside are achieved from elevated, south-facing, fully-irrigated rear gardens. Lawn, mature shrubs and trees.
The pool is 10x4m with salt-water. For an extra cost it can be heated.
Poolside furniture comprises hardwood loungers, chairs, parasol and hammock.
Also, at the rear there is a separate dining terrace with seating for 12 and a gas barbecue.
At the front there are fabulous Italianate pools with fountains and planting. All spectacularly lit.
Other Information:
The rental price includes pool towels, cleaning service 5 days a week, during week days and excluding bank holidays. Linen is changed every 3-4 days and towels are changed twice a week.
The villa has concealed air-conditioning, under-floor heating, motorised window shutters, solid oak doors, marble floors and sumptuous curtaining in all rooms.
Care and discretion should be exercised in relation to toddlers and young children.
