To confirm the booking a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. Deposits are due within 5 working days of booking request.
The remaining balance should be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the departure date, the full payment is required. If payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
Rent includes; Water, Gas, electricity, provision of linen and towels.
Maximum occupancy must NOT be exceeded.
Pets only accepted by prior arrangement. Any damage will be the responsibility of the owner of the pet.
Damage Deposits are returned if no damage is done to the property or contents beyond normal wear and tear; all charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
In the event of a cancellation deposits and payments are non-refundable, although damage deposits will be refunded in this event. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
